What if you are pricing for the same job for one of our competitors?

To avoid conflict of interest, it is Nesta Services' policy that an estimating service will not be provided to any competitors of an existing client, If the situation does ever arise (due to a clients company expansion for example) then enquiries will be priced on a first come, first serve basis.

There is a job we want to quote for but there is also a design element involved, do you provide for this?

Provide Nesta with your design or ask us to provide a drawing/sepcification with the quotation. Nesta will work with you to generate the proffessionaly presented document you require.

There are associated works on an enquiry that we usually don't get involved with however the customer requires a complete package, can you help?

Yes. Nesta will find suppliers for all types of works (including the unusual). Futhermore, if we have not used the supplier before, we will also check references and quality of products before requesting a quotation.

What happens if the influx of enquiries decreases over a period? I may only require estimating done over busy periods when I can't do all the quotations myself.

No problem, just advise us as soon as you know you don't require our service and we'll wait until it picks up again.

I'm a private customer and all I want is a quotation for various jobs, what can you do for me?

Nesta can provide direction and quotations for quality products and workmanship on behalf of it's clients. We can also discuss materials/specifications and offer alternatives if your budget doesn't cover the original specification. We provide a personal "one stop" service with no obligation.

I need to submit drawings to planning, who do I use for that?

Nesta services provide architectural details for both planning and pricing purposes. Examples are located in the CAD section.
